    Self-locking titanium alloy nuts generally rely on friction, the principle is through embossed teeth pressed into the sheet metal preset hole also, the general square preset hole aperture is slightly smaller than the riveted nut. The nut is connected with the locking mechanism. When the nut is tightened, the locking mechanism locks the ruler body, and the ruler frame cannot move freely to achieve the purpose of locking; When the nut is loosened, the locking mechanism is removed from the ruler body and the ruler frame moves along the ruler body.

    Self-locking nut specifications include data such as the basic size and limit deviation of self-locking nuts, which are different from ordinary nuts. Some self-locking nuts have nylon material in the thread, when installed in place due to the damping effect of nylon, the nut is not easy to loose, some do a certain amount of deformation of the thread in the thread, and also produce a certain resistance between the nut and the lead screw.
