The composition of TC4Eli titanium alloy is T1-6A1-4V, which is an ultra-pure titanium alloy with low interstitial elements and excellent mechanical properties and process properties. Compared with TC4, TC4Eli has a lower content of impurity elements and stricter composition control, so its performance is more stable and reliable.

Mechanical properties and applicable environment
TC4: Moderate room temperature strength and high temperature strength, suitable for ordinary or high temperature environment (≤450℃).
Excellent fatigue resistance, creep resistance and thermal stability, but limited performance in low temperature environment.
TC4Eli: The strength is slightly lower than TC4, but the plasticity, toughness, fracture toughness and low temperature performance are significantly improved, and it can be used in ultra-low temperature (-196℃) environment.
Different processing process: Different melting times. TC4 is generally melted twice without special requirements, and TC4Eli must be melted three times.
Application field
TC4: Aircraft engine compressor disc/blade, aircraft load-bearing structural parts (such as beams and bulkheads).
Applicable temperature range: -196~450℃ (but the low temperature performance is weaker than TC4Eli).
TC4Eli:It has outstanding biocompatibility and is suitable for long-term implantation in the human body in scenarios requiring low temperature or high toughness, such as cryogenic engineering (such as liquid hydrogen storage tanks), medical implants (orthopedic/dental equipment), ships and aircraft beams.
