In January, the company's titanium sponge output increased by 21.8% year-on-year, among which the output of ultra-soft titanium and small-grain titanium increased by 7.5% and 35% year-on-year respectively; the output of titanium ingots of high-end titanium and titanium alloy production lines reached 266.9 tons; the profit index completed the target, achieving a "good start" in the first month.
Entering 2023, the company will take lean management as the starting point, keep a close eye on the two major goals of output and profit, promote the timely commissioning of new projects, the completion of completed projects, the turnaround of leased production lines, and the continuous increase in the proportion of high-end titanium; focus on improving operating efficiency and shaping scientific and technological advantages, resolutely achieve the goal of "outperforming the market", promote the comprehensive acceleration of new titanium material construction, and accelerate the construction of the most competitive titanium and titanium alloy enterprises in China.
The company firmly established the production concept of "stability overrides everything", and grasped the balanced and stable production of the three major systems of "titanium-magnesium-chlorine"; organized double furnace production, small-grain titanium, titanium ingots, and self-produced crude magnesium production on a daily basis; adopted directional sorting and selective stocking production mode to increase the processing volume of sponge titanium; formulated titanium ingot smelting plan according to the raw material ratio, and the EB furnace yield rate reached 89.17%.
